For a summit it will cost around $50000 US. That's for a reliable one anyway, there are plenty of cheaper ones that are more or less likely to get you killed.
I have personally only climbed one 8000er, which was Cho Oyu a few years back. It gives you some great experiences and is the sixth highest mountain.
With that under your belt you are assured to get into a group to summit everest. To help pay for the summit you may want to try and get a sponsor, just call everyone to give you the best chance.
I really recommend getting some climbing experience, and some experience on 6000ers etc before attempting the big boy.
I have friends that have summited Everest, and some that have had to turn back on summit day due to bad weather. (They do NOT give refunds).
So I really recommend getting some experience on another 8000er before climbing Everest as they are not as expensive etc.
Everest isn't a technical climb although, simply breathing above 8000 metres is a hard task.
it's not going to be easy, but if you eat healthy and exercise ALOT, you can do it.
Oh and remember AEROBIC exercise, not ANAEROBIC.
Good luck with your dreams kid, just set your mind to it.
